Following a £20 million investment by Crown Golf, developed and implemented a marketing strategy, online and off-line, to reposition and re-launch St Mellion International Resort to the golf, leisure and spa markets. Exceeded stretching revenue and occupancy targets within 3 month lead time.
BreakFree Holidays
Advised online UK holiday operator on launch marketing strategy including online marketing campaigns, database management and email marketing.
Warner Leisure Hotels
Strategic marketing project to advise on the launch of a day spa product plus project management of the launch issue for a new customer magazine.

TopGolf Game Centres
Carried out analysis of trading and consumer research (focus groups) to make recommendations on pricing and membership changes, subsequently adopted by the business.

Weststar Holidays
Strategic review and formulation of 2007 strategy for Weststar Holidays including presentation of recommendations to the main VC board. Brand has subsequently been acquired by Park Dean Holidays.
